Beginning his career in hotel operations as an assistant maître d’ with Holland America Line, Mark Zeller has ventured leaps and bounds since he started out in the marine catering industry back in 1999. After working his way up, Mark Zeller found himself holding the title of youngest hotel director in Holland America Line’s fleet. Since then, Mark has worked with Celebrity Cruises, where he held the position of hotel director, before joining MSC Cruises.

Marc Zornes is most well known in the industry for co-founding food waste solution suppliers, Winnow. Since 2013, Winnow has worked to minimize the hospitality industry’s food waste, with reports of kitchens using Winnow cutting waste in half within 12 months of use. Prior to leading innovations at Winnow, Marc was a top-rated engagement manager for McKinsey & Co., where he was a leader in consumer and sustainability practices.
